Description: Section 4 of The Rules of Unified English Braille 2013 addresses “Letters and Their Modifiers.” We will touch on Greek letters and the German “sharp s” or “eszett,” and we will spend time with modifiers and ligatured (or connected) letters as well as the “eng” and the “schwa.”
