Description: It’s a matter of preference and we’ll examine some of the conflicts and confusion between strong contractions as opposed to strong groupsigns —which are very different. Our answers will come from UEB Section 10.10 that will help to explain more than preferences but make it easier to understand how and why other rules come into play.
