Description: We’ll review the new section 7.6 rules that were updated on October 8, 2019. The newest update removes the concepts of “nonspecific” and “predominant” quotes and emphasizes the importance of the apostrophe in braille. They’ve also expanded the section about avoiding ambiguity and added a section for software developers.
